Dear Brethren,

After the second Apostles Gathering the words Man Child were being used for the first time in this work and it made me nervous because I really didn’t have the wisdom and revelation of Revelation Chapter 12. I had met one who says he is an Apostle who believes that he is the man child. I knew that this wasn’t true. I began to seek the Lord about this and I believe that He has given me the revelation and wisdom of Revelations Chapter 12. This is very important to every believer. The time of the Man Child and the woman has already begun and the child was birthed. So please Brethren read this carefully.

When the Lord delivered the Command to Gather His Apostles to me in Sept. 96 I was not aware of the signs in the heavens. The great wonder in heaven as described in Revelations Chapter 12 vs. 1-5 had just begun. At the same time the command was given to me there was a red moon and total lunar eclipse over Jerusalem. This alignment of stars that showed a woman giving birth happened every year from 1996 (when the command was issued) at the feast of Tabernacles till 1999. At about the same time as the second Gathering this sign in the heavens showed that the man child had been birthed.

At the Second Gathering of the Lord’s Apostles the subject was brought up and discussed some before the congregation. After the Gathering, Paul wrote a detailed report on these signs in the heavens and the time table of events. The report was sent out over this mailing list.

As I said, I was unaware of these wonders in the heavens. When the Lord delivered this command to me to Gather His Apostles it was done very formally. It was not His usual conversations with me. I have had to walk out this directive from the Lord one step at a time following His leading making sure to keep it as pure as possible from the traditions and doctrines of men and devils. The first Gathering at the feast of Tabernacles 1999 would have been the last sign in the heavens of the woman travailing in birth. The Second at the time when the birth had taken place. Again, I was unaware but merely following the Lord’s leading in the time and place for these two Apostles Gatherings.

Many still do not understand what this Gathering of the Lord’s Apostles is all about. And of course many still don’t believe that the Lord issued this command to me or that He would issue a command to any one man. This would be due to the teachings of the churches and religion, certainly not from the word of God where God Commands those whom He will. The battles over this have been fierce and if I hadn’t received this formal Command from our Lord I would not be pursuing this work any further. I would not want to. I would be afraid to touch it.

During the second Apostles Gathering, We found that it was about this spiritual baby being birthed. I watched one night while the Lord restrained me and everyone else from delivering any word or message, as Dulce Rothacker travailed painfully as though she were giving birth. I sought the Lord that night as to what was taking place and He said twice Travail, Travail.

On the last day of the Gathering when the Apostles stood up before the congregation, two were given visions of this baby that was birthed. The birthing was complete and the spiritual Baby was being shown to us for the first time through these visions. Apostle Paul Cunningham wrote of the vision that he received that day and I sent it out over this mailing list.

When the Lord birthed His Church on the Day of Pentecost using His Apostles whom he had named and prepared, it was glorious and full of power. There were no doctrines of men and devils among the believers to hinder this mighty flow of the Spirit of God. They had no preconceived ideas about what was to take place.

For the first time men could be born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. When we are born again the Spirit of Jesus the Son of God is birthed in us by the Holy Spirit.

We know that the power and the Glory of the Lord in His Church, His Body began to diminish as they were seduced by the order, ways, traditions and doctrines of men and devils.

These signs and the birthing of this Man Child is further evidence that the Lord is about to

Re-empower and pour out His Glory on the Church once again.

You need to read Revelation Chapter 12 once again in light of this revelation and teaching. Now in Rev. Chapter 12 vs. 5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God and to his throne. There is only one who is to rule all nations with a rod of iron and that is Jesus. We see that this child after being birthed is caught up unto God and to his throne. (Rev. 2 vs. 26-28)

The woman represents the Church or the Body of Christ in the earth. This man child is born to the Church the Body of Christ. Revelation Chapter 12 vs. 6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and three score days. (three and half years). Reading the entire chapter we see that Satan being cast down to the earth no longer able to accuse us day and night before our God, persecutes the woman but the Lord protects and provides for her.

The kind of persecution described in Chapter 12 can only be when the Church or the Woman is walking in greater power from the Lord. At the same time there will be more and more evil coming upon the earth.

The Lord has aligned the signs in the Heavens with this Gathering of His Apostles which is by His Command. He has birthed the Man Child in the midst of those Apostles obedient to the Command at the proper time with the signs in the heavens spoken of by the Apostle John on the Isle of Patmos. I believe that He is called the Man Child here because this Latter Day Re-empowering of His Body, His Church in the earth will be more mature and surpass anything seen before. And those being born again and coming into the Kingdom in this dispensation of the Man Child spirit of Jesus, will be more mature and will be more repulsed by the systems of men’s religion. 

After the Lord gave me the Command to “Gather together His Apostles from around the world into one place and time as has not been since the days of Pentecost”, He told me that He had given me the key that would unlock His Glory and the Final move of His Spirit for the last days and the final Harvest. Everything is lining up perfectly and I fully expect His Glory to be poured out very soon. If we had received every one who says they are an Apostle after the order and ways of men and being politically correct to this time in society, this birthing could not have taken place in our midst. It must be after the Order and Ways of God keeping our doctrine as pure as possible.

We also see from Chapter 12 that Satan will make war with the woman and her seed. We are coming into a time where having church as usual after the order and ways of men will not sustain you. His Glory will not be given over to systems and religions of men. Matthew 16 vs. 6 Jesus said unto them, take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.  In Mark Chapter 7 vs.13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered and many such like things do ye.

Consider this, When Jesus began His earthly ministry He went and gathered His Apostles first. When the Lord was about to ascend in to heaven and Birth His Church in the earth, He Commanded His Apostles to Gather and to wait. The Lord is about to move again in the earth and has Commanded His Apostles to Gather Together.

Some think that this Latter rain move of God will just automatically transform all the churches. This is not true. There will be Apostasy waxing worse and worse even as the Apostle Paul prophesied in the scriptures. There will also be the remnant of God’s people who follow Him after His Order, Ways and Commandments. It is up to the individuals to make decisions in whom they follow and how they follow the Lord. One of the reasons that we have gotten so far off course in previous generations is because the warnings from the Lord were not heeded or even understood.

Along with what is written in Rev. 12 vs.10 we have to realize that we are coming to the end of the 6000 year lease for this earth that Satan has usurped. This should be at the season of the Jewish New Year and Feast of Tabernacles this year. The authority given to Satan at the fall of Adam and Eve will be no more. The Authority given to the believers in Christ Jesus through the New Testament will still be in effect. Satan does not want us to know this.

The Third Apostles Gathering will be Sept. 25-28 2000 the 28^th is the fourth anniversary of the date the Command was given to Gather the Lord’s Apostles.

I try very hard not to speculate or get ahead of the Lord. But I tell you with everything we have discussed in this letter and everything the Lord has been showing me, I am very excited about the Apostles Gathering in September.

 The Gathering is open to the Body of Christ. These meetings are not church as usual but rather we are taking care of the Business of the Kingdom of God according to the leading of the Lord in Gathering His Apostles. However those who say they are Apostles must go through the discernment process with myself and the Elders. We are not judging Apostles or appointing any Apostles. We simply want the Apostles who stand up as Apostles to truly be Apostles called by the Lord Jesus Christ.

If you intend to attend as an Apostle please get your testimony of your walk with the Lord into us as soon as possible, telling us why you say you are an Apostle.

We are not Gathering to compete for some perceived position as many have come but simply to fulfill the Command from the Lord to Gather Together. This is not a debate or place for dispute. The command is simple it is definitely not easy, but simple. I can tell you that pride and arrogance has been one of the biggest enemies to this work. Yet it should not be named among the Apostles of Jesus Christ. The Lord is building this fellowship of His Apostles.

I am sensing that the Next Apostles Gathering will be held in the middle of the Country. I am seeking the Lord right now for the finances to set everything up as soon as possible. I will let you all know as soon as I can. Remember there are some overseas who will need help in getting here.

I would suggest to all to get behind what the Lord is doing right now in the earth with everything within you. We need to protect and nurture this Baby to the best of our ability. It is not the time to be passive the time is just too short and too important..
